What we collect
- Account details — your name, your email address and the broker you told us you use, so we can create the account and tell you when something changes.
- Your settings — the instruments you watch, your chart layouts and your indicator settings, so your screen is the same the next time you open it.
- Market data your connection receives — prices and volumes from the exchange, recorded so the day's volume-at-price survives a page refresh or a restart. This is market data, not personal data: it says what traded, not who traded it.
- Basic technical logs — errors and timings, so faults can be found and fixed.
What we do not collect
- Your broker password. You authorise the connection at your broker's own page. The password is never typed into Fexora and never reaches our servers.
- Your positions, balances or order history, unless a feature you switch on specifically needs them and you are told so at the time.
- Your money. Fexora cannot move funds and holds none.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We process account details to perform the contract you enter when you create an account; settings and logs on the legitimate interest of running and repairing the service; and anything else only with your consent, which you may withdraw.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. It is handled by the hosting and email providers that run the service on our behalf, under contract, and it is disclosed to authorities only where the law requires.
Where it is kept, and for how long
On servers in India. Account details are kept while your account exists and for a reasonable period afterwards where a law requires it. Recorded market data is kept for as long as the charts need it. Technical logs are kept briefly.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for your account and its data to be deleted, or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to hello@fexoratrading.com and we will respond.
Cookies
Fexora uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your chart settings. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children
Fexora is not intended for anyone under 18 and accounts are not knowingly created for them.
