Trading can lose you money
Trading in securities, futures, options and commodities carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than you put in on leveraged products. Past performance of an instrument, a strategy or a method of analysis does not indicate future results. Consider your objectives and your financial position, and take independent advice if you need it.
Fexora is software, not advice
Fexora Trading provides charting and analysis software. It is not a broker, not an exchange member, not a research analyst and not an investment adviser. It does not hold funds, place orders or recommend trades. Nothing on a Fexora chart, page or communication is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
What the order-flow numbers actually are
This part matters more than the rest, and most platforms do not say it.
- The buy and sell split is inferred, not counted. No Indian retail market-data feed carries the side of a trade. Fexora works it out by comparing the traded price against the order book at that moment: at or above the offer is treated as buying, at or below the bid as selling, and anything between is counted as neither. Measured against genuinely signed data, that rule is right roughly three quarters of the time, and it is less reliable when the market moves quickly.
- Not all volume can be placed at a price. When several trades arrive inside a single feed update, only one price is reported. Fexora counts the rest as unplaced rather than spreading it across levels, and prints the share on every bar.
- The share varies with activity. A quiet minute may place almost all of its volume; a busy one much less. The figure on each bar is the truth about that bar, and it is shown so that you can weigh it.
- Delta follows from the same inference. Where the placed or sided share is low, the delta on that bar is a weak signal and should be treated as one.
Data may be wrong, late or missing
Market data reaches Fexora through your own broker connection. It can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable for reasons at your broker, at an exchange, or in the network in between. Do not rely on a Fexora chart as your only source for a trading decision, and never as a record of your positions — your broker's own statements are the record.
No guarantee of availability
The software may be unavailable during maintenance, at times of heavy load, or because of a fault. Have a way to manage open positions that does not depend on Fexora being up.
